When we ran into some Red Knights at a poker run 4 years ago, we joined our local Chapter immediately. We were looking for people that love to ride, are responsible and hold themselves accountable. And who else but fellow fire fighters, police and emergency responders stand up to that billing? As the Chapter was only one year old, it was an opportunity to join up with good people, get in on the ground floor, have fun and do some good for the community and the organization. I am currently serving my second term as Quarter Master as well as serving as Assistant Road Captain and having served on our local charity poker run committee for three years.
I am married to Angela Carpini Reinard (39 years), have two sons, Bob (Kennon) and Chris (Mackenzie). I hold an MBA, have been an adjunct professor for three area colleges, while working full time for a pay check, am a journeyman Millwright, and have worked in the field of teamwork for 18 years and taught Total Quality and Organizational Development on the college level up until 2011 when I just ran out of time and did not feel that I could give the students my best.
I now retired for the third and final time and find that I have the time to give back. I hope to use my new found freedom to get around region 3 and do what I can to help the Chapters, MALs, State associations and the International grow and improve. I believe my first push will be to meet more members so that I can become more aware of everything that is going on in our present chapters and with our MALs, then I can spend some time on chapter formation requests that are on the books and securing additional state representatives.
I look forward to serving the needs of the members and future members of the Red Knights for the good of their chapters and the International.
